I work crazy long hours and am hardly ever home- you would have the house pretty much to yourself. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom. House is available this next weekend and the cost is $700 plus half of the PG&E bill (usually about $50). I have a brand new washer and dryer which you are welcome to use as well. House is located about 5 minutes from campus and includes wireless internet, on-site hot tub, club-house with work out facility, two pools and another hot tub. Non-smoking only. The room is available immediately and has a private bathroom and walk-in closet, and the apartment has a washer and dryer inside, which means...no more saving quarters! The complex (The Bridges on Foothills Blvd near Blue Oaks, appx. 5-8 mins from campus) includes internet connection in and around the clubhouse, a fitness room, pool, sauna and security gate. The community and I are both pretty quiet and chill, so I am looking for someone who is also low-key. I adhere to a code of conduct pretty similar to WJU's and expect my roommate to do the same. We are a young newlywed christian couple and would like to rent out one of our rooms to a student at William Jessup University. Our home is 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with a loft. The downstairs is the great room, kitchen and 1/2 bath and the 3 bedrooms and loft are upstairs. Your room is 10x10, has windows on two walls which allows a nice breeze, it is upstairs and on the opposite side of the house as the master bedroom and right next to the bathroom you can call yours. Your bathroom has lots of counterspace and a shower over tub. The loft has a useful desk, reading sofa chair, TV and exercise equipment. We are about a 5 minute drive to campus. We are in West Roseville, near the intersection of Blue Oaks and Woodcreek, only 2 miles from Highway 65. Near our home there are several parks and running trails. A little more information about us My wife is a graduate of Sacramento State University (Organizational Communications Major), who will be going back to school to become a nurse in about 6 months. Our home is already set up to be a great study environment. I am a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University (Kinesiology Major). We both work full time and are very active and laid back people. We are very easy to get along with and will welcome you into our home as well as respect your space. In return, we are looking to give a place to call home to someone that is respectful and considerate. We are willing to rent out 2 rooms in the right situation. Only a 7minute drive from William Jessup University. The complex is gated and hasa pool and hot tub and a fitness facility. One of the current roommatesis a Jessup student and the other is in the Air Force but is currently deployedand will not return until September. Both are in their early twenties. Apartment is very spacious, is a two story and has three bedrooms, threebathrooms, living and dining rooms and a large kitchen. The room includes a walk in closet, master bath and a den-type room added on with french doors out to the back yard. We are asking $775 and an equal share in the utilities. I am single, almost 30 and work full time in retail and coach part time. My roommate is single, late 20s and works full time as a personal trainer and health coach. Since I am getting a newly trained canine companion, please no pets that can’t be confined to your room. I am a 44 year-old self-sufficient male in a wheelchair. I will have a fully trained canine companion (either a lab or golden retriever) in mid-August. I work Monday-Friday, attend church, and love traveling and watching movies. There is a young married couple here as well. They are both full-time students at WJU. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One room is mine, the master bedroom. The married couple is renting the second (smaller) master bedroom. The room for rent is a private bedroom with a full bathroom adjacent to it. There will also be a parking spot available in the driveway. You will have full access to the washer/dryer, kitchen, dining room, and living room.
