Lady Warriors Sweep Bethany, Menlo

Rocklin, Calif.- After starting the year with thirteen road games, the William Jessup University softball team finally hosted their first ever home stand against Bethany University and Menlo College. The Warriors used timely hitting and powerful pitching to sweep the weekend series over the Bruins and the Lady Oaks. Jessup outscored their opponents 24-1 in route to a 4-0 weekend.

Rocklin, Calif. - The William Jessup University men's basketball team earned an automatic bid into the 2010 NAIA Men's Basketball Division II National Championship, which will be held on Mar. 10-16 in Point Lookout, Mo. on the campus of College of the Ozarks.

Rocklin, Calif. - The William Jessup University men's basketball team found themselves in familiar territory, as they took on Menlo College in the California Pacific Conference Tournament Championship game. The Warriors were making their third straight appearance in the championship game. Menlo College spoiled the Warriors effort two years ago and CSU-East Bay last year. In a nail biting game that featured 11 ties and 12 lead changes, the Warriors took control in the last minute of the game to secure an 83-76 victory in front of a packed house in the Warrior Dome.
Stamps, Aboumrad Earn CALPAC Conference Honors

Rocklin, Calif. - The William Jessup University women's basketball team season came to a close last week, but a couple of Lady Warriors players were honored for a great season. The Warriors, who finished 3rd in the conference with a 7-5 record, placed one player on the All-California Pacific Conference First Team, while one player received the Freshman of the Year Award and two received honorable mention honors, Commissioner Don Ott announced today.

Medford, Ore. - The William Jessup University softball team is off to a great start in their inaugural season. The Warriors went 3-2 over the weekend at the Southern Oregon University Tournament.
